The person on the phone was friendly and they arranged for someone to come out promptly (within 30 minutes). Kyle was friendly and efficient when he arrived. I felt like we were in good hands. I would give the service element 5 stars. It was $125 flat rate plus a fee per mile. There is also a fee for using a credit card.

You could not ask for a more professional group of guys than Miracle automotive and towing. First of all fastest turnaround I’ve ever experienced when calling for a tow and actually getting picked up. The water pump in my truck went out and initially thought that was the only issue, but there was damage to the head gasket, which would require them to keep my truck for a couple of weeks. I miss getting to Enterprise to rent a vehicle by five minutes and Kirk, the owner of Miracle towing, told me I could take one of his personal vehicles till they got everything diagnosed and figured out. They had my truck towed to their other shop in Macclenny, which could do the necessary work on my truck. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and actually completed the repairs on my truck four days earlier than originally quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who happens to need a tow or service on their vehicle. This family is genuinely nice and above all else, honest and straightforward.

When I say customer service means everything I mean just that.. or being comfortable in a bad situation having to call a towing service with kids or just being a female alone.. got to us fast got the job done fast very professional No complaining.. hell I even brought a mobile light an step ladder cause kids lock keys in the truck an the guy was only 5'1 lol.. offered a raincoat the man was so nice an great at his job.. thanks an we will call this company Anytime 😊
